New rules in 2020.

 

Zone III (Revir C) is the fourth zone which encompasses lake Švica and Gusić field. It is allowed to use any artificial bait for fishing.

It is forbidden to use natural live or dead bait (fish, worms, bugs, etc.) for fishing.

Fish wardens have the right to request a fishing licence and/or an ID from a fisherman and to inspect the tools, fishing equipment, luggage and/or the vehicle for transport.

 

 

Catch:   Anglers are allowed to catch and keep three (3) fish, or in particular the fish and dimensions stated below:

4. CATFISH

ANGLING RULES

  • fishing is only allowed for anglers who have passed the angling exam and have a valid angling license
  • fishing is allowed with two fishing rods with reels and controllers (rod without fly lines and leaders) for minnow. It is not permitted to cast fishing rods without angler's supervision. The nylong on the guide must not be thicker than 0.2mm. The largest hook permitted on the guide is No. 10
  • use of keeping nets is mandatory. Only one piece of quality fish to be taken later may be kept in the net.
  • Fish may be kept in keeping nets and later released. Binding of catch is strictly forbidden.
  • Handing the catch to other anglers is prohibited.
  • Fish cannot be repurchased.
  • Catching of fish smaller than the specific dimensions is prohibited.
  • Reporting of catch on fishpond exit is mandatory. Fish warden is entitled to inspect personal belongings and gear on pond exit.
  • Always keep banks clean. Do not leave litter, papers or other objects.
  • Clean the litter you have found. Put it in a plastic bag and discard at home, or carefully burn near the water.
  • Do not make noise on the angling location.
  • Always ask senior angler for permission to angle in his vicinity.
  • Handle your gear carefully and do not cast your gear above other anglers’ gear.
  • Do not cast too close to other anglers waiting for fish.
  • There are no your and mine angling places. Try to wake up early and come to your favorite location or the location you have prepared with fishing lures before others do.
  • If somebody has taken your angling position, choose another.
  • Always greet other anglers you pass on your way to your angling location.
  • Do not thump on the water.
